Built on Excellence, Driven by Partnership

Our journey to becoming a different kind of wealth management firm.

Piton Wealth was founded on a belief that exceptional wealth management requires both rigorous expertise and genuine partnership. We’ve built our firm around integrated planning, continuous education, and intimate client relationships— rejecting the industry’s typical high-volume, fragmented approach.

Where We've Been, Where We're Going

Piton Wealth began with a straightforward question: What would wealth management look like if we built it around client outcomes rather than firm growth?

From the beginning, we rejected the traditional model of offering standalone services and processing high volumes of clients. Instead, we committed to integration—coordinating every aspect of wealth management into comprehensive strategies. We required every advisor to hold the CFP® designation, not because it looked good on marketing materials, but because your financial future deserves the profession’s highest standard.

We invested in our team’s education, with advisors completing executive programs at Wharton, Stanford, and MIT. We developed proprietary processes like the Navigated Journey that systematically deliver coordination across all planning areas. We built systems designed to maximize client value rather than operational efficiency.

As we grew, we maintained our commitment to a select client base. We opened a second office in Kalispell, Montana to better serve clients in the Northwest, but we didn’t chase geographic expansion for its own sake. Today we serve clients throughout the United States—from California to Florida, Texas to New York—but we’ve never compromised on the intimate relationships that make comprehensive planning possible.

We’re not focused on where we’ve been. We’re focused on where we’re going

The wealth management industry continues to evolve, and we’re committed to staying at the forefront. We’ll continue pursuing advanced education. We’ll continue refining our integrated approach. What Drives Us

Three Core Beliefs

Continuous Pursuit of Excellence

Every advisor at Piton Wealth holds the CFP® designation—the standard for financial planning. This certification requires comprehensive education, extensive experience, rigorous examination, ongoing ethics obligations, and continuous learning.
But we don’t stop there. Our team brings executive education credentials from:

Wharton School of Business -

Advanced financial planning and wealth management

Stanford Graduate School of Business

Executive leadership and strategic thinking

MIT Sloan School of Management

Financial innovation and analytical frameworks

This commitment to education isn’t about credentials for their own sake. It’s about ensuring that every client benefits from some of the highest level of expertise available in our profession.

One Team, Two Offices, Nationwide Service

While our team is based in Kennewick, Washington and Kalispell, Montana, we serve clients throughout the United States with no geographic restrictions. Modern technology enables seamless collaboration regardless of location—the majority of our clients work with us remotely.

Kennewick, Washington Tri-Cities Office

Our original location in the heart of Washington’s Tri-Cities region. This office serves as our primary operational hub while supporting clients across the Pacific Northwest and beyond.

Flathead Valley, Montana Office

The Piton team in Montana moved into a brand new office building in late 2025 to better serve clients in Montana and the surrounding region. This location reflects our commitment to accessibility while maintaining our nationwide service capability.

No matter where you’re located, you receive the same comprehensive, integrated wealth management. Our team collaborates seamlessly across both offices to deliver coordinated expertise for every client partnership.

Industry Recognition

While awards don’t define our work, they reflect the quality and consistency our clients experience.
These recognitions come from the communities we serve and reflect our commitment to exceptional client service, integrated planning, and professional excellence.

Active in Our Professional Community

Our advisors don’t just belong to professional organizations—they lead them.

Estate Planning Councils

We serve in leadership roles within Estate Planning Councils in both the Tri-Cities region and Northwestern Montana. These councils bring together attorneys, CPAs, financial advisors, trust officers, and other professionals to advance knowledge and best practices in comprehensive wealth planning.

Through these roles, we:

  • Contribute to professional education and development
  • Share integrated planning expertise with peers
  • Help raise the standard of coordinated planning in our communities
  • Build relationships with other professionals serving our clients.

Why This Matters

When financial advisors lead in professional organizations, the Piton team understands it as a commitment to the broader profession— not just individual client work. It also means advisors are connected to attorneys, CPAs, and other specialists who can support your comprehensive planning needs.

Committed to Our Communities

We believe in supporting the communities where we live and work—both through professional leadership and philanthropic partnership.

Habitat for Humanity

Piton Wealth maintains a long-standing partnership with Habitat for Humanity, supporting their mission to build strength, stability, and self-reliance through affordable homeownership.

  • Ongoing support for local Habitat chapters.

Why Habitat for Humanity

How Our Values Shape Our Work

Pursuit of Excellence

We're never satisfied with "good enough." Our commitment to continuous education, advanced credentials, and refined processes reflects our belief that your financial future deserves relentless pursuit of better outcomes.

Client-First Partnership

We focus on finding the right fit rather than closing every prospect. We maintain a select client base to ensure intimate relationships. We're honest when we're not the best match for someone's needs. This approach attracts clients who value transparency over high-pressure tactics.

Integrated Thinking

We see connections others miss. Retirement planning affects tax strategy. Investment decisions influence estate outcomes. Charitable giving creates optimization opportunities. We coordinate these interconnections because that's where value emerges.

Transparency & Clarity

Financial planning is complex, but our communication doesn't have to be. We explain strategies in accessible language, discuss fees openly, and ensure you understand not just what we're recommending but why.

Our Mission

To guide accomplished individuals and families toward financial confidence through expertly integrated wealth management—combining exceptional credentials with intimate client relationships and customized systems designed to maximize life outcomes.

This isn’t marketing language. It’s why we come to work every day.

Financial confidence means different things to different people. For some, it’s the certainty that retirement is secure. For others, it’s the freedom to make career changes, support family members, or pursue philanthropic visions. For many, it’s simply the peace of mind that comes from knowing every aspect of their wealth is coordinated and optimized.

Our job is to help you reach your version of financial confidence—whatever that means for your unique journey.
